 Thank you for your quick reply.

 I think we should wait another week to see if I’m notified of your transcripts.  After transcripts are received here they are scanned in to our database and then attached to your account.  That can add a few days to the process.  Unfortunately, we’ve also had employees off sick here in the office, so I believe we are a little behind.

Is this reply from the same damned people who sent you the "Dear Amy, We can haz not received joor thingy yet. Kthxbi?" Because if it is - WHY ARE THEY SENDING OUT NOTICES LIKE THAT WHEN -THEY- ARE BEHIND.
